sea bass with chilli, ginger and sesame greens

  • Bunch of tender steam broccoli

  • Large handful of sugar snap peas

  • Large handful of green beans

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 red chilli, sliced

  • Small finger of ginger, grated

  • 1 pack of Fred's sea bass fillets with lemongrass, chilli and coriander butter

How to:

  1. In a hot pan or wok add your veggies with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook until they have a nice colour but still have a bit of a bite!

  2. At the last moment add your chilli and ginger to keep the dish light and fresh.

  3. Pan fry the sea bass for 5 mins until cooked, follow the instructions on the back of the pack for guidance, adding the butter last.

  4. Plate the veggies onto a plate and put the sea bass on top, pouring the melted butter over the fish to finish.

Fred's top tip:

Add extra chilli if you like a good kick! I personally love a bit of spice so always double up when it comes to chillies.
