Bunch of tender steam broccoli
Large handful of sugar snap peas
Large handful of green beans
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 red chilli, sliced
Small finger of ginger, grated
1 pack of Fred's sea bass fillets with lemongrass, chilli and coriander butter
In a hot pan or wok add your veggies with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook until they have a nice colour but still have a bit of a bite!
At the last moment add your chilli and ginger to keep the dish light and fresh.
Pan fry the sea bass for 5 mins until cooked, follow the instructions on the back of the pack for guidance, adding the butter last.
Plate the veggies onto a plate and put the sea bass on top, pouring the melted butter over the fish to finish.
Fred's top tip:
Add extra chilli if you like a good kick! I personally love a bit of spice so always double up when it comes to chillies.
